Hey there!

I'm Jocelyn Barron,
nice to meet you.

I’m a UX designer and UX researcher. I am experienced in end-to-end web design using UX audits, user research, user flows, wireframes, and visual design.

How I got started
in UX design

I transitioned into UX design because I wanted a career where I can express myself artistically, and also allow me to help people. When I was introduced to UX design, I thought it was the perfect balance between improving people's lives and making things beautiful.

What I've been
working on

Since my jump into UX design, I've been user and empathy focused. I utilize quantitative and qualitative data to inform my design. Experienced in the end-to-end design process collaborating with cross functional teams and proficient in tools like Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite.

What I'm curious about

I'm currently very interested in how AI will shape the future and how it can make complex systems more simple. I believe my role as a UX designer is to take a lot of data and complexity and turn it into easy experiences for users. AI takes that one step further by enabling personalization, automation, and real-time insights that improve usability and efficiency.
